"Empowerment"? Really?

So all the Panhell rules and restrictions are about empowering women? Getting rid of little sisters, banning girls from fraternities during rush, rigid formal rush, punitive rush rules, and now telling fraternities they cannot court sororities? And this "empowers" women how? Sounds like women, and their sororities would be a lot more empowered if they were allowed to compete with each other for PNMs and for the attention of fraternities.
