Questions like this will always likely get you biased answers. And if you are interested in Greek life, you should never go in having your thoughts controlled by he say, she say. Always do your own research on each fraternity, drawing you own conclusions. I've seen people choose a fraternity based on what others thought, only to learn they made the wrong decision. The only thing in your guestion that is pretty straight forward is grades. All fraternities do pretty well overall when it comes to grades, at at least a 3.0. Some houses every now and then hit rough spots and bounce back. The only house that is consistently always under a 3.0 is Pike. There's better things to be concerned with than the houses GPAs, as long as it's at least a 3.0.
