i think: most improved: AOPI (nice pledge class, more pretty girls, watch out for this chapter!) most declined: ASA (yikes... and why was there PC so small??) slipping: DG (mehh pledge class :/ what happened?) same as last year: DZ, APHI (for DZ and APHI i saw the dirty rushing first-hand though...), AXID (but bigger pledge class), CHI O steady decline: PHI MU (got maybe like three pretty girls but the rest are...um... so, yeah)
