it honestly depends on how you judge the best pledge class but.. if you are going straight by looks, its obvious that top tier chapters got first pick of the girls. typically the hottest girls go aphi or dz. i have seen some hot aphis and dzs out, but also dg got some good girls too. also heard that chi o pulled some above average girls which is a first for them.
