CHIO is kidding themselves if they think they're middle tier- whoever wrote that needs a reality check APhi has definitely moved to the top with DZ and DG following and will probably stay that way because they have a great group of girls ASA hella sunk this year but not as much as AXiD which has always sucked and probably always will PhiMu is bottom but because they're new- if they weren't two years old they'd be higher up AOPi is probably the most middle of all middle tier everything is just mediocre enough to be okay.
