1. SAE: This is the only house that has maintained their top house status. They have been letting a few too many guys join this semester but they are still on top house. These guys have actually gotten better this semester. They use to be third after sigma chi and pike but they are definitely number 1 now. 2.New Pike: The old pikes were only known for throwing parties, but they were the biggest d bags ever. The new pikes are only good for throwing parties too but they are actually really nice and I feel like I can actually put my drink down at their parties without being worried. At their last party they raised gifts for childs hospital which shows that they enjoy giving because they want to not because they have to like most houses on campus. 3. Sigma Chi: What happened to these guys this semester?! They use to be tied for top house with the old pike but I think that went to their head and they just stopped trying. These guys are not the old sigma chi I know. I think it's mainly due to a lot of the cooler guys graduating but their newest pledge class is... I don't even know how to describe them. They look more like a sigma nu pledge class than sigma chi. Even white party was pretty weak this year. 4. Sigep: Sigep has always been 4th when it comes to top houses but in one or two more semesters, I feel like they're going to be a middle tier house. The younger guys don't care enough to maintain their status. Kappa sig will take their place soon.
