As a girl that also wants to rush. Having a good time is relative. I actually do hang out with those people and I will say sigma chi and Top parties are more like social gatherings. Both the girls and guys there don't seem like to want to socialize with others. Stuck up to say even though I know then but I know SigEp, SAE, Sig Nu, Kappa Sig probably have more cracking parties.
