Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Chi are the only fraternities with actual houses deemed official by the school and their nationals. All other fraternities are just renting out houses in northridge. Kapa Kappa Gamma, Alpha Phi, and Delta Delta Delta are the only sororities with actual houses deemed official by their nationals as well.
