Sigma chi and sae are the two well established houses on campus. Recently pike and sig ep are making surges and closing in. These four can be considered "upper teir". (Sig ep barely) Middle tier type houses are pikapp, top, teke, and lamda chi. They got potential, but just doesnt have what it takes yet. The rest are just shells of their national organization at the already mediorcre greek scene of csun. Frats like zbt, k. Sig, sigma nu, phi delt dont have much going for them at this time...no looks, no parties, no IMs, and very little associated student government representation. Call me out if im wrong
