ZBT - top tier. The actual frat at CSUN. They have been stepping up their game. SAE - on top because of reputation but recruited a great pledge class Sigma chi -couldnt recruit but in the top because of reputation. Phi Delt - recruited a quality pledge class Sig ep -rape accusations and couldnt recruit. friendzone type of guys. Kappa sig - recruited more than the frats below AEPi - have more money than the frats below Lamda Chi - they've plateaued Sigma Nu - they've plateaued Phi psi - I heard they only had 5 people accept their bids and most of them look like goons by next semester I can see the top rankings be 1.ZBT 2.SAE 3.
