Kappa Sig is disliked by other houses, mostly because they're known to start pointless rivalries out of their own league, and no they aren't top house. Any person in SigEp, SAE, TOP, or Sigma Chi will all agree and would admit these other houses are on the same league but not Kappa Sig lol. I'd suggest checking out the houses and compare it with others and see why people talk good about them. Sigma Chi, TOP, and SAE seem to throw really great parties and have strong ties with all the hot sororities. They're also known to be one of the biggest and dominant houses with their presence on campus right now. SigEp is a great option too, but think of them as the more laid-back and mellow top house, they definitely aren't "unknown" by no means, they can make a name for themselves too when needed. In the end, it comes down onto what you want, and what each house has to offer besides all the parties and events.
