Just because they haven't been tops doesn't mean they can't surpass the others especially when you look at some of the girls in the others. I agree that Alpha Gam and Alpha O are the tops. How can anyone say that Chi O is stronger than these two? AOII has worked hard to get to the top, and they know they are doing well and proud of it.
