For the PNM: In all earnestness the sororities really can't see how you rank them, the sisters who do are sworn to confidentiality. It really is a mutual selection process. I'm guessing BC 15 is a DG and it's great that she wants to promote her sorority (we all think our own sororities are the best :)) but you should know that no one will "laugh" based on how you rank your choices. To BC 15: I'm sorry you feel that way, it was no way disrespecting your sorority, I'm just trying to give the PNM an accurate idea of what recruitment is like and how realistic her expectations are. If I were you I would be trying to dispel the "tan, blond hair, blue eyes" impression that she seems to have. When I went to DG parties I was more impressed by their philanthropy and sisterhood than their looks. A bid from DG, or any sorority, is not inherently a good or a bad thing it's all about the fit and how you "click" with other people.
