Tbh this is a complete lie. Sororities like theta and DG will stalk you and find out every detail about your life to curate their perfect pledge class before girls even have a chance to show their personality. Nice Instagram? Check. Rich? Check. Notable family member? That’s a plus. Next, think about where all the new members live and who they hang out with. They all go out and live in Carman and befriend upperclassmen in the process or make their presence known in some other way on campus. So yeah, if you’re coming into Columbia and are reading this make sure you start an aesthetic instragram now and live in carman and be a regular at Mel’s/1020/the Heights etc. while you’re at it, yet to know some sig eps and dsigs. That should make you a better fit for ~certain~ sororities over others!
