formal can be a really hard process for a lot of people, and it can be exhausting... however, you're going to have to be part of it whether you're a new member or initiated sister personally, I would choose COB cause i would rather have more time with sisters, have the resources of the chapter available to me earlier, etc, especially if you already know which chapter you want also keep in mind, no chapter is going to promise you a bid, but chapters that do cob (gphi, aopi) are definitely easier to get into since they're new and still trying to reach total/quota You have the summer to decide whether or not you want to cob but if I were you I would just go for it!
