I'm in another sorority but my friend is a new member in AOII! She's really loving her experience and has made a lot of new friends. I know that she's already really close with her big. They've also had a bunch of fun sisterhood events this semester and they really seem to go above and beyond in terms of making new members feel welcomed and loved. I get a very warm fuzzy vibe from them, they're def probably the most into sisterhood of the sororities. AXO is also really cool! I'm not sure why you're comparing them - are you considering joining? I would say overall out of all the sororities AXO prob has the best philanthropy, that's their thing. There's a good amount of overlap between girls who want to join AOII and AXO. I would say overall AOII's stereotype is more sweet/lovey, while AXO's is a little edgier vibe (in a cool way!!) Tl:dr AOII seems like a lovely community for people who are super invested in sisterhood events and tight friendships. AXO seems like a lovely community for women who are highly invested in philanthropy and social service. Both have aspects of each though, there are girls in AOII who are really involved in social justice movements and girls in AXO who are super into their sisterhood. Both are great, not really worth comparing imo, just follow your heart!
