I think it'd be important to get a sorority that has a good nationals and alumni support already in Arkansas. With that said, AGD, DZ, and (MAYBE) AST would be a solid choice. AGD- good school to try at to expand their presence in the SEC. Has alumni in the area due to having such a strong presence on Arkansas State campus and no reputation to put them down on. DZ- probably not that great in the south, but they're strong at UCA and have more than one chapter in the state so alumni shouldn't be that hard to get. AST- I know they're number 1 at UCA and their alumni are really strong. I'm sure they wouldn't mind expanding to a bigger school even though nationals isn't that great. People looking at this may wonder why I would ever put them in the conversation, but it's kind of a safety net idea. None of the sororities at UofA are in the central Arkansas area. If you have one that is compatible, girls are more likely to try to go that sorority if it's in there home field because of the influence. Plus girls who do transfer will be able to continue their Greek life experience if going to UCA which a lot end of doing.
