Quota (the number of PNM's each sorority can take) is determined by how many women attend Preference Round. For example: Arkansas has 10 sororities. So say 1000 women attend Pref., then Quota would be 100. If 2000 attended Pref, Quota would be 200. If 5000 attended Pref, Quota would be 500. PNM's and chapters aren't penalized if more women go through. Make sense?
