Chi-O is NOT too tier anymore, especially with these last 2 pledge classes. I don't know.....guess they are having to take too many legacies or something. Pi-Phi should be moved up to top tier along with Kappa. Also, I would possibly move AOPi up to upper middle- but definitely move Tri-Delt down to lower middle/upper bottom. I see AXO moving up slightly within the next couple of years IF they get plans for a house.
