Lilly Pulitzer is a brand of clothing just like any other. Wear Lilly if you like it and it fits your style and looks good on you... not because you think the sororities like it. plus if you present yourself as the girl who wears certain brands, and you get a bid based on that, and then the first day of pledgeship you go back to your normal non-Lilly style, you'll be miserable in a house full of Lilly girls. there's a good reason everyone says "be yourself". It's not just some hippy-dippy self-esteem mom crap. It's because if you act like someone you're not during recruitment, you're not going to find the right house.
