Going with her BF is not a problem but how she behaves will make or break her rush. There will be members from multiple sororities in attendance. This is her opportunity to make a good impression or the complete opposite. She needs to be SWEET to everyone and show she's FUN but not get drunk, crazy or sleazy, no matter what everyone else is doing because it's okay for them but not for her.
