Your best option is to go through the APhi recruitment. When a sorority takes their first set of new members (charter members) they will take a mix of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and even seniors (so I was told by someone who was a charter member at another sorority at another school). This is so that they will not have everyone graduate at once. I would stress to them you are looking for the "lifetime" experience of the other sorority. The only girl I knew at UA who pledged as a senior did COB to a house where a lot if her friends were members. She was also a transfer her junior year from a smaller school in state.
