Recruitment retention probably needs to be defined. If a house asks back 1000 girls, they have 100% retention if all 1000 of the girls they asked back also ranked that house at the top of their list. Some years houses will go all the way through rush and not once will they invite a girl back that tried to drop that house. Or, maybe they will know that 1 or 2 were on an invite list but didn’t return because the girl dropped that house.
