You don't have to be nervous. More pnm's doesn't mean more are released, it means all the numbers go up across the board. The number of invitations back for each chapter are percentage-based and adjusted continuously per round, not preassigned or predetermined. The goal is placement for as many pnm's as possible, not to get rid of them to meet a certain class size. The more pnm's that stay in the process means the more bids there will be. Pnm's drop out voluntarily far more than are released from recruitment. Tell your girl not to make an emotional decision she will regret when she is released from a house she loves. And it is when, not if, because she will experience being cut. It hurts but it's not personal, it is a numbers game. Each house is assigned a number they can invite back for the next round and they can't go over. Not making that cut off line does not mean the actives she talks to didn't like her or are rejecting her personally.
