Subject:
Some Generic Recruitment Predictions

Poster Message:
Stuck at home recovering from a dental procedure. I will be a junior this fall, and I have friends in most (but not all) other houses from classes, parties, and activities. Since everybody seems to use the same tiers I will go with that. Note: Not all the houses in the same tiers are looking for the same vibe. Predictions: Chi O: Same. Focused on Arkansas girls with Chi O connections. But nice to girls going thru recruitment. Kappa: Slight drop off this year. Yes, desired by PNM's, but more drama in house, and rude to PNM's not on their radar. ZTA: Up. Yeah, they take a bunch of Texas girls, but those girls are fun and nice. PNM's love them. KD: Up. They seem to focus on well-rounded girls. Little drama. DDD: Down. I have two good friends in DDD, and they weren't happy this last year. Some "identity crisis" within chapter, and pushy alumni. ADPi: Same, but good vibes within chapter. AXO: Up. Seem to be getting better frat relations. Phi Mu: Down. Drama, apparently very focused on looks in recruitment, which some sisters didn't like. DG: Up. Getting better each recruitment. More diverse, but everybody gets along. AOPi: Same. APhi: This is a wild card. I know APhi's at two other schools. They have a HARD CORE focus on looks. I think that could backfire here, as the really hot girls who get cut and go through APhi recruitment are going to be potentially problematic for grades and behavior. I know they will take soph/junior girls too. I am not sure how much I interest by girls who didn't do Greek life as freshmen. But we will have to wait and see.
