I don’t think chi o has no competition. They lose to other tops. I know girls that chose to not take them to pref and/or did and chose other houses. These are popular girls with connections. I think kappa has fallen but DDD is not equal with them. Just because they make cuts first round and their alumni spends a lot of money on bid day for balloons doesn’t mean they are a top house.
