Gamma Chi is a cutesy Greek-ish way of saying Greek Councelor. They are there to take you around to all the houses and make sure you keep to your schedule, to answer questions and clear up any confusion, to keep your spirits up when you are hot and tired or bored between houses so you can rush well, and to help you if you have any problems, like when you are upset over being dropped from houses. They should only be advising you on how to think about the process and what you should consider in your decision making, in general terms. They are not there to give you their opinions on your choices, or advise you how to rank, or predict your rush for you, and they should not ask you what you think about any sororities or talk in any way about specific sororities. And you are NOT required to give up anything that's in your head if you don't want to.
