i went through rush as an out-of-stater who knew lots of fayetteville girls. i was promised a bid by a “top house” but then they dropped me halfway through rush. i ended up going back to a “middle tier” house i had tried to cut, and fell in love with it! preffed it and got it on bid day!! every single house on campus has awesome amazing girls. every single house on campus also has cliquey rude jerks. every single house on campus has something to love. every single house in campus also has a scandal or a tainted reputation. IT DOESNT MATTER!!! i kept a “top house” all the way to pref and then picked my “mid” house over it, because it felt like home!!! and after the first 3 weeks of school, NO ONE CARES ANYWAY!!! so pnms, go where you feel loved and wanted, and don’t listen to those insecure enough to cae about “rankings”. your worth isn’t found in greek life!!!
