I wouldn't call them interviews per se! They're more like conversations where both you and the recruiter are getting to know one another and deciding whether you would fit into the house. There's essentially three different rounds: philanthropy (first round, you are expected to discuss each chapter's philanthropy), sisterhood (second round, girls will tell you why they chose their house and what the chapter does to create a better sisterhood), and preference (the last round that usually gets really emotional. Girls will tell you in more detail why they chose their house and how it makes them feel to be a part of it). These are pretty soft rules though and the recruiter is generally the one who is expected to lead the conversation and go into these topics. We aren't supposed to assume that you know anything about recruitment or the process in general. Just be yourself, be friendly to the girls (even if you don't think you'll end up there), and make an effort to have a good conversation with each recruiter! Good luck :)
