Dirty rushing is promising to offer bids before recruitment. All houses do different versions of getting girls attention…like following girls on insta but that is not dirty rushing….read Panhellenic rules. What I think is interesting is that everyone on here is so focused on how houses do massive follow dumps on insta or a girl got invited in the spring to zeta but no one seems concerned about the ANNUAL CHI O INVITE ONLY WEEKEND that they do EVERY spring!!! They secure their girls before spring is over which is DIRTY RUSHING. And unfortunately from that weekend they sometimes decide to not take a few. So don’t whine that you got insta follows from a house and then got cut. That is not dirty rushing. It could be worse…you could have gone to the special chi o invite weekend and then got cut. It’s sad.
