I have been told that the video that all PNM's are supposed to submit with the question "What are you passionate about?" Is NOT surface level. What I have heard is that the answer "travelling" or "baking" make immediate cuts, and that recruiters are looking for UNIQUE, bubbly, and fun answers. How can I create a video with a unique or fun answer? The reality is that I actually do like travelling or baking, but I don't want to LIE or blend in with the crowd. Any advice?
