The descriptions are definitely accurate and up to date. Pi phi is still academic focused but they’ve just learned to “loosen up” haha. Kappa is not wanted unless you have been planning to be one for a while, and dg is rising!! Maybe not rising in ranks but definitely in respect and like ability. Axo and kd are tied, they have really similar people and often girls have both houses during pref. Tri delt will gain respect back and adpi will make a comeback especially with the bama documentary mentioning good things about adpi! zeta will do great and chi o already knows who they want and the incoming freshman already know if it’s them!
