Old timer here, I have a niece going through recruitment in the fall and she was talking about current tiers and they're definitely different than when I was here. I honestly forgot this site even existed but I thought maybe I could find some answers to what caused the changes. I'm assuming time is what helped the newer chapters like Phi Mu and Alpha Chi rise up the ranks, but when did ADPI become a mid tier? Them being last was the one thing that people used to be able to agree on. Some things like Chi O and Kappa seem like they're not going to change but what happened to cause Tri Delt to fall out of the top houses? I remember people defending the old top houses and saying that they would never change but it sounds like it has. Also when did AOPI become the bottom house? They were still newish but climbing when I was here so it was a surprise to see them below DG with it being so new. I expected them to be better ranked with there being so many newer chapters on campus now.
