axo has had 2 great recruitments, have been very active on campus, and have been putting in a lot of effort and gaining popularity on campus recently so I would say that’s rising. Kd is a great great house but yeah recently they are just not the same anymore. Tri delt is def rising again! They know what they did the past few years that went wrong and now they’re changing!! I would say kappa is dropping and pi phi is rising. Kappa doesn’t put any effort into anything and they have had multiple bad rushes. Their last decent one was 2020. Pi phi is smart, fun, knows how to party, but also are very classy. They have great recruitments no matter the circumstances and overall are a great house. Adpi is just never talked about and yeah they may be chill but if other people are putting in effort then they’re going to rise above them. Plus they’re in girls bottom 3 first round of recruitment.
