Very good advice! If you don’t find friends keep trying! It will get better when you’re a sophomore. You bond during recruitment. Functions can be boring ( because you can’t drink) and a lot of people dress up, take pics and stay maybe one hour. Still!!! Dress up, take pics and go for an hour!! You don’t get this time back. Moms and Dads day are very overrated. I actually feel bad for the parents. All this money they pay in dues ( for those whose parents pay) and little money goes into mom and dads day. Attend all the events you can ( paid or not) because you never know where you will meet your bestie!
