Wow this is actually amazingly accurate. I will say though just because a house is the hardest to get into doesn’t mean it’s the most desired. When top houses have their list of 500 or so girls that want to even take past the first night, you can best believe they have cut most girls that may be pledging another house. Much research is done over the summer and top houses do not take girls far that may go in another direction. That is why most girls that end up in a top house ( I would say atleast 80 percent) have a top house and a much lower house on pref. All that being said these top houses would be humbled by how many girls ranked them low early on. I wish more gamma chi’s would actually tell the truth on here. If chi o thinks every pnm ranks them first or even at the top of their desired list they are delusional.
