Roommate and I were both gamma chis, so we can tell you that you are partially correct but also way off on a few things. Kappa has struggled a little the last two years. They still have great return numbers and get most of the pnms they want. ADPi is starting to fall with axo and phi mu close to taking their spot. Phi mu was not close in returns to KD. Tri delt is not in its own tier and KD does not care about that. The biggest difference is that KD knows they are a mid-tier house and are good with it. Tri delt thinks they are a top house and are not. Tri delt and KD have the same return rates. Both great houses, just a different vibe.
