Retention is how many girls stay in their sorority yearly/drop from Bid Day to Graduation Day. RFM is where campus Panhellenic keeps the statistics on how many PNMs rank houses as number 1 (to keep) vs number 2-4 in order (to drop). Just going to leave this here. Retention rates for every sorority has been posted several times.
