I think the thing is ddd is a very well known sorority and is tops at lots of other colleges so PNMs think they’re tops here too. They have good retention numbers until PNMs start recruitment and go to first round or second round and the PNMs realize they’re not so great, but retention numbers are all that matters. Same with Kappa btw. Known name, good everywhere else. Initial thought is to keep them on the schedule but then they’re underwhelmed. But by then there retention rates are set.
