Chi o is top period. Doesn’t mean everyone wants them but they usually get who they want. Zeta has moved up in the past five years. I think they go for a certain type of girl ( more personality less resume) and therefore doesn’t “take” from other tops but like chi o get who they want. Pi phi / kappa I would say these two do compete for the same “type of girl” and last year pi phi won and this year kappa did as far as girls they both take to pref. Tri Delt is a good house but does compete with KD and yes this is going to get a thumbs down but phi mu as well. There are pnm’s that fall in love with phi mu during recruitment ( I was one of them but pledged a different house) even though this website tears them down. Adpi/axo were extremely equal this recruitment Aopi/dg this year dg did a little better than aopi at pref I know several gamma chis and have a very active aunt that knows a lot of what goes on behind the scenes. This is factual even if people don’t want to hear it
