Two of my best friends are kd's. They did not move up. Great house, but they are mid and even with ddd. (Kd's know they are mid and it's okay). I think it's someone trying to move kappa down and they chose kd for some reason to move up. It's wrong though. Kappa may have moved down, but no other house has moved to the top tier.
