I believe this is true. But it also true that pmns pref'd dg and axo over phi mu. Pref-ing one "rank" over another doesn't really mean anything. It can also be that pmns truthfully pref'd a "higher rank" but did not get it. We will actually never know. Every house has great girls. These ranks mean nothing.
