tri delt will never be ahead of kappa. that is not because they shouldn't be- it is because kappa has to release a lot of pmns first round and because they have a 100% retention rate. top houses are like they are because of how selective they are. it does not matter that they are entitled, bratty, mean, etc. because of the statistics of recruitment, tri delt will not be ahead of kappa, chi o, pi phi, or zeta.
