that is simply not true. 5th generation razorback, with every family member in greek life so I have seen and heard all of this forever. as more houses are added, the status changes. originally, tops were kappa, chi o, and pi phi (fwiw, a lot of people will stil argue that there are only three top houses). According to recruitment numbers, there are four. tri delt became a top house in the 1980-1990's, but then zeta took their place. in fact, after this recruitment, it would not surprise me for pmns to rank zeta above pi phi. as I read in another thread, the top houses are not the best houses. I think the mid (tri delt, kd, and adpi) and lower houses (axo, pm, dg, aoii) are the best. They have the nicest members and are widely liked on campus.
