phi mu is not top. they have potential to rise to mid, but they are not there yet. they keep recruiting these mean girls and it hurts them every year. There is NOT A TOP FIVE!! ZTA is absolutely in the top tier, but DDD is mid. If you are going to say DDD is top, you'd have to include ADPI and KD - - - and we know this is not true. All three are mid houses. (and here comes DDD with the thumbs down votes)
