I agree with the fact there is a difference between what Panhellenic controls ( how large of a number certain houses get to cut first night) versus how houses are ranked by pnm’s. I know too many pnm’s that cut chi o/kappa round one. Agree that kappa still still be in the top tier but but for sure below chi o, zeta and pi phi. I think KD is still on Tri Delts level but also think AXO is as well. I can’t get on board with phi mu being that high because of all the rep risk they take that other houses cut. I also think girls in phi mu are happy with their house and don’t care about how they are ranked on this site. Super proud of all the effort DG put into recruitment since being on campus! They really got some great girls this year! I think 2023 was zetas year. Will be curious to see what happens next year. Bama has for sure helped them in my opinion
