High percentage of freshman class but break down Panhellenic and IFC chapters by oos vs in state. And then by chapter for this round of new members. Can’t argue with numbers, either way. We can all make guesses on if it’s true but look at the numbers. if there’s a few hundred students in a chapter and only 6 are from TX then- maybe oos feel blocked for a reason. Yea some chapters are more open to oos. Some aren’t at all even for legacies. It’s been a thing here for decades.
