Exactly my thoughts lmao. Sounds like buddy got stuck with the houses he didn’t want and decided to accept a bid anyways. Maybe someone should’ve told him to not accept anything if he wants a 2nd chance at it in the spring. Don’t have to many options tbh with ya. If you drop and try going anywhere else they will ask about that and your chances of getting into to new frat are slim to none. A lot of dudes that dropped immediately end up going theta chi bc they aren’t ifc and they love to take the drops to help their numbers.
