If a PNM did not receive a bid, she is eligible for COB. It doesn’t matter if she SIP’d or not. No bid, eligible for COB. In the 2022 Uark Recruitment Rules it says if a PNM was not matched with a chapter in the bid matching process she is eligible to participate in COB. If she got a bid, but decided to drop instead of going to that house, then she can’t do COB and won’t be eligible for anything until Fall 2023. If someone is interested in COB they need to contact the Greek Life office.
