As long as “top” houses are forced to take legacies by alum, their houses will continue to fall and new houses like dg will take out of state girls who have a lot to offer and will continue to grow. As long as the alums donate they will get in their sweet grand daughters who may or may not fit the house. This also effects sisterhood. Being forced to take girls no one wants puts a strain on members.
